Procedure of Acquisition of books/Journals:
The JN Medical library does not purchase / acquire books directly. All the lists of books and Journals approved by the concerned departments of the faculty and thereafter from the existing books / journals acquisition committee, comprising of the Dean and other senior members of the faculty of Medicine, are sent to the MA Library for the final procurement.
The final purchase of the books and subscription of the journals are made through the Maulana Azad (the University Library), as we follow the centralized purchasing system.
